Magnus Werdenskog Jerusalem artichoke three ways

Accomplished Chef Magnus Werdenskog (“The Scandi Chef“) prepared Jerusalem artichoke three ways (puree, crispy, and pickled) served with mushrooms, brown butter, & grated fresh truffle for a recent private dinner party.

He said “The truffles I got from you were delicious, and my clients also loved them. I’ll try to add more fresh truffles to my dishes in the future, so hopefully, I’ll order again soon.”

Marcus has worked as a chef at Michelin two-star restaurant Aquavit in New York, one-star SK Mat in Gothenburg, and at the highly acclaimed Lisa Elmqvist in Stockholm.
