Truffle hunting with a viscount

We were delighted to be invited by Luke Montagu, Viscount Hinchingbrooke, son and heir to the 11th Earl of Sandwich, to look for truffles on the Mapperton historic country estate in west Dorset. The estate recently featured in a BBC documentary To the Manor Farm, part of the We Are England series, available on iPlayer.
