Fresh Truffles

We harvest black autumn truffles (Tuber uncinatum) from September to January. They have a delicious nutty flavour and aroma, and make excellent eating. The classic approaches are sliced or grated raw over simple ingredients such as eggs, pasta, rice, chicken or fish.
